My publisher contacted me to let me know that my new book, New Multiple Myeloma Therapies from a Patient’s Perspective, will be available in 10 days.

Since I believe in descriptive titles, you don’t have to guess what the book is about.  My relationships with myeloma experts–and experience covering the last three yearly ASH and ASCO meetings–allows me to concisely explain which of the new myeloma therapies in the research pipeline are most likely to help us SOON!

I designed the book to help those of you (and me!) who have trouble keeping all of this complicated, scientific research straight.  It is a short, 128 page primer that you can refer to without turning on a computer, or having to wade-through pages of unnecessary information.

I’m already working on my 4th book–yet untitled–designed to show myeloma patients and caregivers how to get help with their medical expenses.

And I have made some remarkable headway!  I’m confident that both of these books will help my myeloma friends live better, less stressful lives.
